Well equipped & clean unit on a busy road. Good central location for exploring York. The surrounding neighborhood is a bit worn, but we felt safe. Kitchen is well equipped and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom could use an electrical outlet & Shelf next to sink. More toilet paper would be nice. 1.5 rolls is not enough for 3 ppl over 6 days. Heating units are under the windows and hidden behind the curtains. Shorter curtains would increase heating efficiency. Overall we had a lovely stay in your lovely rental!
Excellent accomodation. Would not hesitate to book again. Positive: Comfortable,clean,pretty. Good parking. Tesco around corner. Good location for us visiting our daughter. Parking ideal. Instructions re property very clear. Text message from hosts asking if all ok and to contact re anything.shower was excellent! Negative: Due to very hot weather the house was very warm. I saw there were heaters in cupboard but maybe include a couple of fans? Towel rail in bathroom would be handy. House is beautiful - maybe finish off the little bit of garden at front.
Great place to stay it has everything you need and is extremely pleasant to stay there. Hosts are brilliant communicators with plenty of clear instructions for everything in the house.
